MiJoi will create internal and external collaboration site templates for active proposal groups to manage schedules, tasks, reusable proposal plans and snippets, past performance tracking, graphics, and more.
PMO MANAGEMENT - Expand the documentation and tracking of IDIQ, BPA, and Vehicle task orders through a SharePoint Program Management Office that is virtually resides online. MiJoi will build out response templates, schedules, contract requirement documentation, websites, and proposal outlines/shells to ensure that the preparation time for responding to task orders is minimized through a proactive automated process.
HUMAN RESOURCE REPOSITORY - MiJoi will develop a collaborative environment to house and manage documents; track tasks and schedules; collect vital information and store data; host training documentation and presentations; manage activities and events; and monitor compliance and reporting issues.
